Denise Chan, B. Comm.

Ms. Chan is an analyst at LEMAY-YATES ASSOCIATES INC.

Ms. Chan joined the LYA team in 2011, and has been assisting in various projects related to primary consumer research, industry market research, progress and assessment of wireless pricing plans, analyses of telecom policy and regulation, wireless and network technologies, as well as market and demand forecasting of telecom metrics. She has also been involved with projects relating to the international telecommunications industry, including one that examined broadband pricing, speeds and other key metrics among various OECD countries.

Ms. Chan has contributed to LYA’s in-house published reports and independent market research, and has provided valuable analyses to various client projects.

She is a recent commerce graduate from McGill University in Montreal (2011) majoring in International Management.
